The funds raised from registration fees and jersey sales will be donated to the club's fund. This contribution will support the Youth Winter Project, demonstrating our dedication to enhancing youth programs.

I agree to follow the rules of the Michigan Tigers Youth Sports Club and to follow the instructions of the program directors, mentors, coaches, trainers and tournament coordinators. Failure to follow instructions may result in my suspension or dismissal from the Michigan Tigers Sports Club.
